Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure receive 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.

Liability

Dependable Trips acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. While we strive to ensure quality services, we are not liable for actions of third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.
